Wednesday again...Jose's Core + Cardio day.. As always this workout has many Planks - regular planks, planks with reaching each hand forward, planks with hand and leg raises, planks with knee to elbow movements, planks with many other hand and leg movements, both the legs movements while staying in plank positions etc. Also we did full abs, cycling abs etc. Today we also did a lot of abs exersices with the medicine ball. V-ups, twists and also hip and hamstring exercises with the ball such as the Bridge with heel dig. After jose's workout I went to Doral Crossfit box and pushed my self until i got some bad blisters :D The workout name was Elizabeth

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO RING DIPS YOU CAN DO DIPS WITH A BOX. But then make sue to do double the reps. 42-30-18
I finished the rounds in 12 mins and 40 seconds.
After that do a 1000m fast run... Enjoy the workout :-)
