Monday || Back to Workouts after a break

Oh it definitely felt great to get back to my workouts hahha....During the weekend however I got to do some morning runs in Pittsburgh mountains....

Monday's workout was a team workout. We had to pair up but you can do it alone as well. If you are doing the workout alone you can go relatively easy on the Deadlight without loading it up that much. If you are doing it with a partner it would be fun because there are two exersices for each station and you have to do the exercise until your partner is done with his/her. You got to find someone in your same height and same sex :-) because otherwise the deadlift will be a disaster :D

So this is the WOD...

Warm Up

15 Commando Push Ups and 30 Mountain Runners (you will have to continue one exercise until your partner is done. For example I had to do 70 mountain runners hahaha... So push your partner to do his/her best)



30 V Ups and 30 Pendulums




30 Deadlifts (load it up to at least 250lbs)

30 Box Jumps - 30 Ball Slams



And finally 4 sets of 50m Hill sprints :D


I finished the whole workout including the sprints in 15:25 mins check your timings and push beyong the limits :D Enjoy the workout guys....Dont forget to stretch and warm down
