(40 Seconds) Power cleans and shoulder press combo (25 lb. bar)
20 seconds rest
(40 Seconds) Bend over rows (25 lb. bar)
20 seconds rest
(40 Seconds) Revers lunges with the bar on the shoulder (25 lb. bar)
20 seconds rest
(40 Seconds) Romanian deadlifts and upright row (25 lb. bar)
20 seconds rest
(40 Seconds) Mountain Climbs
Three rounds and after each round there's a min break
Jump squats and Push Ups
10,9,8...each in descending order
15 seconds break in-between sets
After it reaches 5 jump squats and 5 push-ups there will be no breaks
