Let's rock the mid-week with Core Workouts!!!!

Wednesday was a super busy day... But I didn't Miss Jose's Core and abs work out session.... This is my second favorite session of the week. We do planks, side planks, staying in the push up positions and bringing the knee to the chest and knee to the sides, many hip movements, and abs workout routines for 30 mins. This session is just awesome...

So we had a really good workout for 30 mins and the FUN Continues. I did my crossfit routine afterwards. WOD was named "Arnie";

With a single 2 pood kettlebell (25lbs)

- 21 Turkish get-ups Right Arm
- 50  Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Overhead Squats Left Arm 
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Overhead Squats Right Arm 
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Turkish get-ups Left Arm
