Oh Lazy Saturday :-)

Over slept today and later went and watched American Reunion... What a great movie. My mood was so good afterwards, I came home and covered my Lazy Saturday workout which i missed earlier today ... wohoo.... Ok here we go...

1. one mile run - warm up

2. 5 rounds of the following:

20 Burpees

20 Air Squats


40 Mountain Climbers


20 Push-ups

100m Sprints



3. Warm down and dont forget to take in a nice light dinner with more protiens :-) Have a great Saturday. And get ready for a relaxing Sunday :-)
