Rocked the Monday with "TABATA"

After the new year weekend I had a lot of calories to burn... Went to Miami beach on sunday for a 45 mins run but the guilt was very much still there... Oh I rocked the workout today.... What away to get rid of the guilt... TABATA was today's work out...

8 rounds of each exerscise, 20 second working out, 10 seconds rest. (for example start with Burpee, 8 rounds of 20/10 and then move to the next exercise)

Burpees


Back Extension (Super Mans)


Push Press

Full Abs


Hand Release Push-Ups



Air Squats

One 400m Sprint at the end of the workout

Warm Down
