Thursday || Sweet ending to a bitter day

Today was an utter disaster. From the morning nothing was going right... I am so glad my crossfit session was fun filled as always... Never thought pain would give me this much satisfaction :-)

Today's workout started with a heavy 20mins workout with fast running, wheel barrows, carrying someone on your back and running, spiner mans, burpees etc. Then the actual work out started.

1 min workouts from each excersice and 20 seconds breaks inbetween - 3 sets (1 min break inbetween sets)

Push Jerks


Full Abs

Sumo Deadlifts High Pull


Mountain Runners

Medicine Ball Cleans

Tricep Dips
