Wednesday: The Core day ||Core+Cardio followed by Crossfit session

So today was Jose's Core+Conditioning Class and as usual it was simply awesome...He had changed it from last week...

The cardio core workout improves endurance, core stability, and total body strength and mobility. These exercises are for intermediate to advanced exercisers but can be modified for beginners. Some of the exercises sound really strange and may look complicated but they are basic movement patterns combined into hybrid exercises that are super effective for fatloss and total body fitness.

Todays workout had many Planks - regular planks, side planks, planks with hand and leg raises, hand and leg movements, both the legs movements while staying in plank positions etc. We did 3 rounds those, Also did Supermans, abs workouts with a 12 lbs bar - crunches, side crunches etc with legs in the air... OK.. THEN STARTS THE FUN PART....

The Cross fit Workout of the Day!!!!!
I did really well with this work out today.... Felt awesome..Felt like I was back in my early 20s... Getting fitter by the day :-)

50m hills and 40m fast run (5 rounds)

Three sets of the following - 21reps/15reps/9reps

Front Squats (100-110lbs)                                            Hand Stand Push Ups

Deadlifts (135lbs)                                          Jumping Jacks (following reps 86/60/36)
                                


After the rounds are over 5 rounds of backwards running on hills (5 X 50m Hills)

REMEMBER: No breaks and dont slack ;-)

Warm down and eat well... Rock the workout fellas.... You'll love it... I finished 1st with an over 2 mins lead than the second :D
