Started the week with a Hero Workout - "EVA"

Eva is apparently a high intense workout that is used by our military heros. This was definitely a challenging workout. I am so glad I was totally pumped up for this workout today and pushed my self hard.... Ok here we go, Monday's magic :-)...

Hero Workout - Eva (Try to finish it under 30 mins)

5 rounds of:

30 Kettle Bell Swings (35 lbs)

30 Jump Pull Ups




800m Run



Enjoy the workout everyone... It looks short but it is definitely an ass-whoopper :-) breath well during the workout and be hydrated...
Dont forget to have a high protein light dinner after the workout :-) See you tomorrow!!!
