Tuesday - Mix and match || Cardio + Strength

Another successful day with my workout... I guess the guilt from the weekend food is still working.... Today I went for the Spinning Class done @ the Carnival Cruise Lines gym by Wilma... her spinning class is great... Also she has some great music... So I did almost one hour of spinning... did a lot of jumpings and mountains during the session... Came out and did a FUN 20 mins work out....

100m hill running with a 20 lbs medicine ball









Warm down, Stretch well :-) And get ready for the core workout tomorrow :D
